二、项目简介

有机半导体材料与器件是信息科学和新兴战略性产业的物质基础和技术关键,被提升为国家战略层面发展的重要内容。本项目面向国家新兴战略性产业的急迫需求,紧密围绕提高有机半导体材料与器件光-电-磁性能这一科学问题,研究了器件的磁效应及其与激发态演化的关联探明了器件内部复杂的微观机制,提高了器件的光电转换效率,极大地拓宽了器件在磁存储和磁传感等方面的应用。本项目取得了一系列重要发现和突破性进展,主要的科学发现点和科学价值如下:

1)设计制备了一系列有机光电器件,构建和完善了有机磁效应与激发态演化的关联,探讨了调控有机磁效应的主要因素,澄清了有机光电器件中激发态反应的重要过程,指明了增强有机光电转换效率的有效途径,为在单个光电器件中实现集光--磁于一体的多功能有机半导体器件奠定基础。

2)首创了在室温下制造高性能有机场效应晶体管的工艺,使得有机场效应晶体管迁移率高达5 cm2V1s1,代表了当时未退火处理的晶体管的最佳性能值该工艺能大幅降低场效应晶体管电路成本,推动实现场效应晶体管量化生产,带来巨大经济价值。

3首次在常规Alq3激子型有机发光器件中发现了三重态激子湮灭过程三重态激子湮灭产生的延迟荧光能有效提高器件的光电转换效率,打破器件内量子效率25%的理论极限值,实现制备出更高效率的有机发光器件。

4)首次在室温下的红荧烯型有机发光器件发现系间窜跃和三重态激子湮灭过程,突破了器件在高电流密度下出现效率滚降的技术瓶颈,这对双功能有机光电器件的半带隙电致发光运用有重要意义,蕴藏巨大的商业使用价值。

5)首次在聚合物:量子点纳米复合薄膜器件中发现了磁电致发光和磁电导同时为负的新奇磁效应现象,证明了共轭聚合物P-PPV和量子点间的能量转移可以促进P-PPV中单重态激子的驰豫过程。这为认识和理解聚合物:量子点纳米复合薄膜器件中激发态的弛豫过程(尤其是自旋混合过程)奠定了坚实的理论基础。

项目5篇代表性论文均发表在物理、材料、化学顶级期刊Adv. Funct. Mater.ACS Appl. Mater. Inter.,他引99 20篇主要论文他引275成果多次被Adv. Phys.Prog. Polym. Sci.Mat. Sci. Eng. R等顶级期刊引用,得到多名院士及国际相关领域专家的肯定。课题组成功立项国家自然科学基金5项、教育部新世纪优秀人才计划和重庆市自然基金重点项目各1发明专利2
